How this is calculated
The productivity gain is applied across every analyst on the team, not to one. Analyst FTEs added equals team size multiplied by the productivity gain. Equivalent hiring cost equals the FTEs added multiplied by your all-in cost per analyst. Potential revenue uplift equals current AUM multiplied by the productivity gain multiplied by the management fee rate. The return on AI spend range runs from hiring cost saved (conservative, capacity not yet sold to new AUM) to potential revenue uplift (at full capacity utilisation). The break-even period uses hiring cost saved only.
